The CDRT Facilitator Refresher Training is a five-day practical programme for National Society staff and volunteers who are existing CDRT facilitators or have experience facilitating or supporting community-based disaster preparedness and response training. Participants will refresh key CDRT knowledge, strengthen their facilitation skills and apply their learning through teach-back sessions, peer feedback and an emergency response simulation. The training is best suited to those actively involved in disaster management, community engagement, training or volunteer management who are available to participate fully in all five days.
