This Hub is designed to support you, our National Society Presidents and Directors General in the Caribbean, as you work towards developing and refining sound organizational strategies that will to help guide and inform your work.

 

The hub seeks to to ensure that NS Leaders are able to successfully:

• provide relevant and high-quality services to vulnerable people;

• fulfill your auxiliary role to public authorities and

• meet your statutory obligations as Red Cross National Societies.

 

                                                          The resources contained in this hub are specifically aimed at:

• strengthening leadership, governance and management;

• enhancing volunteer management practice;

• developing capacity in programme management - including planning, evaluation and reporting and

• ensuring financial sustainability - including financial management, resource mobilization and partnership development

 

As you scroll through this Hub, you will also see the following sections: a Regional Project Map and List, Links to the IFRC’s eLearning Platform and IFRC’s Future Strategy; an Events Calendar; a Connect with a Mentor Request Form and a section for Additional Leadership Support.  A Best Practices Knowledge Exchange Portal will be added to facilitate the collection and dissemination of these practices.
